Taylor’s side have suffered a huge blow with the departure of Ireland international Chiedozie Ogbene, who impressed during his four years at the club.
His eight goals and four assists in the league last season helped him attract the attention of newly promoted Premier League side Luton Town, leaving the club tasked with replacing their top scorer position.
In terms of arrivals, no fewer than ten players have joined ASEAL New York Stadium this summer, the most notable of which is the seven-figure transfer of striker Sam Nombe from Exeter City.
Championship experience has been added with the signings of Cafú and Grant Hall from Nottingham Forest and Middlesbrough respectively, while the familiar face of former Man City goalkeeper Dillon Phillips also joins the Millers.
The Millers also added midfielders Andre Green and Christ Tiehi on permanent deals, while Fred Onyedinma, Arvin Appiah, Sebastian Revan and Dexter Lembikisa joined them on loan.

Saturday’s clash could see the Bluebirds face former Man City full-back Lee Peltier.
Moving to the Welsh capital in 2015, Peltier quickly became a fan favourite, proving to be a shrewd acquisition when he replaced John Brayford, who signed for Sheffield United.
This right-back was an integral part of the team that won promotion to the Premier League in the 2017/18 season.
Having made 159 appearances for the club, Pelter represented West Bromwich Albion and Middlesbrough, before joining Rotherham United in July 2022.
