BBC REPORT: The incredible playmaker says, Promotion is just the target for West Brom…..

Matt Phillips said promotion is the only goal he has in mind at Albion this season.

The club’s current longest-serving player is in the final year of his contract and is keen to help the Baggies return to the top flight.
Phillips, who joined QPR seven years ago, was part of the team that won promotion under Slaven Bilic in 2020 and is keen to repeat the feat under Carlos Corberan.

When asked about his goals for the season, he replied:
“First and foremost, we want to achieve promotion, however we do it as a team.
“For me there isn’t necessarily any personal goal but I want to be part of it and help the team in any way I can.
“For now, it’s important to keep doing what I’m doing, stay healthy and let’s see where this season can take us as a club.
