Inter Milan midfielder Davide Frattesi, defender Benjamin Pavard, and striker Marko Arnautovic could all start against Real Sociedad in the Champions League later this week.
starting eleven for the Milan derby over this weekend. He took the place of Stefan de Vrij, who’d started the first three matches.
The other ten positions remained identical across all four matches.
But Inzaghi is well aware that changes will have to start coming soon
The Nerazzurri return to Champions League action this week against Real Sociedad. With the team having to play two matches a week for virtually the rest of the season, Inzaghi will have to start rotating.
Therefore, there are a few players who could hope to receive their first starts of the season on Wednesday.
The 27-year-old French international arrived at Inter from Bayern Munich just one day before the summer transfer window closed.
Pavard has been available in the Nerazzurri’s squad for Serie A matches against Fiorentina and AC Milan.
However, he was an unused substitute in both of those matches.
However, Pavard could already come straight into the starting eleven for his debut.
According to Sky, there is every chance of the former Stuttgart defender replacing Matteo Darmian on the right side of the Nerazzurri’s back three in Wednesday evening’s Champions League group stage opener away in San Sebastian.
Meanwhile, Frattesi and Arnautovic have each already played in each of Inter’s first four matches of the season.
However, the pair have only made substitute appearances so far.
According to Sky, however, both are candidates to start against La Real later this week.
