Kevin Durant is showing no signs of slowing down so far this preseason for the Suns. Today, he, Bradley Beal and Devin Booker were seen getting in extra work after practice.
“It’s always good to get working with some of the best players in the world,” Durant said. “It’s like iron sharpening iron over there, and we hold each other to a high standard.”
Last night against the Blazers, Durant had 19 points, four assists and three rebounds in only 15 minutes. His play helped the Suns jump out to a 76-54 halftime lead.
It seems as if the Big 3 and the rest of the team are ahead of schedule for how well they have bonded together already.
With the regular season only a week away, the Suns play in one more preseason game. They will take on the Lakers in a neutral site matchup in Palm Springs.
