BBC Report: Miami Dolphins giants guard star to miss remainder of season with torn biceps…

NEW YORK — The Giants say guard Shane Lemieux suffered a torn biceps during practice Wednesday and has been placed on injured reserve. His season is over. He is the second Giants O-lineman to go on IR this week, following backup tackle Josh Ezeudu (toe), whose season also may be over. The Giants are completely decimated up front.

Left tackle Andrew Thomas (hamstring), center John Michael Schmitz (shoulder) and backup tackle Matt Peart (shoulder) all remain out. Right tackle Evan Neal (ankle) didn’t practice Wednesday due to an injury he has played through since Week 3. And guard Mark Glowinski (quad/ankle) was limited.

The team re-signed center/guard Sean Harlow off the Cowboys’ practice squad just to help them practice, let alone reinforce depth. Harlow is the third new O-lineman added by the Giants this week, following tackles Tyre Phillips (Eagles) and Josh Miles (Falcons).
