Latest Nottingham Forest news as we look at the full squad available to Steve Cooper for the game against Liverpool
Nottingham Forest will be struggling for options in attack as they prepare to face Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.
Divock Origi and Callum Hudson-Odoi are both ruled out through injury, while Anthony Elanga is a doubt because of injury and Taiwo Awoniyi is nearing a return but will not be ready to start, if he features at all. That leaves just Chris Wood and Morgan Gibbs-White as the senior attacking players definitely available.
Forest are well-stocked in defence and midfield, however, so some players could push forward or formations tweaked ahead of the match. It remains to be seen what Steve Cooper will do if struggling for options in attack.
It will be a difficult game away at Liverpool, with Forest currently 15th with 10 points from their first nine games. Liverpool currently sit fourth, with twice as many points from the same number of games
