The NBA revealed the court designs for all 30 teams today for its upcoming In-Season Tournament, which is right around the corner.
The Suns’ court looks like it will match the team’s unreleased city edition ‘El Valle’ uniforms. The court is all purple with a turquoise stripe down the middle. It says “El Valle” at mid-court and has a vertical trophy behind these wordss, as well as two horizontal trophies on opposite sides of the floor in the paint.
Kevin Durant got an early look at the court and said that he loved it, even though he was surprised an all-purple court would be in the NBA.
The 22 teams that do not qualify for the Knockout Rounds will play two regular-season games during that week on Dec. 6 & 8. The four teams who lose in the quarterfinals will play one regular-season game on Dec. 8.
This In-Season Tournament along with a new court will bring a different element to NBA basketball, and we will see h0w the Suns embrace it starting Nov. 10.
