Disappointed over loos To The Cleveland Cavaliers as Miami Heat head coach announce fresh damages…NBA REPORT…

Kyle Lowry and Kevin Love discussed how the Cleveland Cavaliers came out victorious on Friday

The Miami Heat are showing inconsistency since their seven-game win streak earlier in the season.

Their most recent defeat took place on Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Heat veterans Kyle Lowry and Kevin Love were top performers in the matchup, but they did not shy away from expressing their views on the loss.

“They went to that zone, and I think we missed nine or 10 shots in a row. They went on that run. Don [Mitchell] really got them off to a great start in that second half, and they really never looked back, so we just continued to push,” Love said. “We continued to try and fight back, get stops, but it was just too much to overcome there in the end for us.”

Love recorded 14 points and 12 rebounds on 55.6 percent shooting. He provided playmaking on the fastbreak while displaying patience on the offensive end. Miami outscored Cleveland by eight points in the opening quarter but lost the scoring battle the rest of the way.

“I think they forced us into some turnovers. They mixed up their coverages when they went small; they were showing switching and doing things differently, but it’s a good game for us to learn long-term,” Lowry said postgame. “You know, understand the games going to change, the momentum is going to change, coverages are going to change, so we just gotta be prepared.”

The veteran duo needs to continue stepping up as leaders on the roster. In doing so, the Heat can adjust properly when teams send different looks at them.
