After suffering a high ankle sprain during the team’s Week 13 loss against the Cincinnati Bengals, instead of being carted into the locker room Lawrence instead asked to walk – with assistance.
This, of course, became national news within the world of 24/7 sports media, as a major NFL quarterback was injured and “do they not have carts in Jacksonville?!” (sarcasm font)
