Legal Actions Ensues For Tommy DeVito New Trade Mark Brand..
The New York Giants’ quarterback, Tommy DeVito, recently wrapped up a challenging season, replacing both Daniel Jones and Tyrod Taylor, following their injuries.
It appears his challenging season served as a catalyst to help him discover and tap into other endeavors outside of the football field.
He has seized this opportunity to broaden his market footprint beyond the confines of NFL intrigues by floating two new trademarked brands – “Tommy Cutlets” and “Passing Paisano.”
According to reports, the quarterback is keen to expand his brand beyond the sports field. This move is thought to be an attempt to engage with his fanbase more authentically and allow them to tap into the DeVito lifestyle.
To spearhead this pursuit, DeVito has enlisted the services of Maxx Lepselter from Maxx MGMT as his marketing agent.
Lepselter is highly respected for his work and is expected to bring some of his acclaimed marketing flair and prowess into DeVito’s soaring brand.
It was under Maxx MGMT’s guidance that DeVito sought to register the trademarks with USPTO. The trademarks suggest that we might soon have Tommy DeVito branded products on our store shelves.
The products range from pasta and pizza to tomato sauces, energy drinks, decals, and clothing under the “Tommy Cutlets” and “Passing Paisano” brands.
The process of trademark registration is relatively slow-moving, taking anywhere between 12 to 18 months, per the USPTO.
Although DeVito has made the necessary filings, it’s worth noting that a trademark isn’t guaranteed, and it may be declined due to various legal stipulations.
