The Product Of Kevin Durant Offensive Reaction To Devin Booker A Suns Co-Star

The Phoenix Suns haven’t been able to live up to the expectations thus far.Frank Vogel’s team is sitting on .500 record after 30 games, and that’s simply not good enough for what was expected from this team.

That’s why it wasn’t surprising to see Devin Booker and Kevin Durant going at each other early in a game, and it seemed like there was trouble brewing in paradise.

Notably, Durant was quick to deny those rumors, stating that going through that altercation may have been a bit of a blessing in disguise and that it was actually positive for the team (via The Athletic).

Both Durant and Booker have been quite sensitive to criticism throughout the course of their careers, so they have similar characters.

They’re also both expected to put the team on their shoulders and carry the load regardless of the rival or the context.

Even so, Durant and Booker have only been on the court together for 17 games this season, and they’ve only played with Bradley Beal once.

As disappointing as this first stretch of the campaign has been, they still have 52 games left in the regular season to find their groove, get their rhythm, and become the dominant team most analysts and fans thought they could become.

However, it’ll also depend on how mature their stars are and how they’re able to communicate and get through these run-ins for the sake of the team.

For now, it seems like they’ve got that covered, so the rest might take care of itself later.
