“Breaking News: Kevin Durant and Devin Booker Open Up About Darko Rajaković’s Fierce Postgame Rant – The Shocking Truth Unveiled!”

Darko Rajaković has recently been the talk of the NBA town after his impassioned postgame speech. Rajaković blasted the referees for the massive free-throw disparity in the fourth quarter following the Toronto Raptors’ 132-131 loss against the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Toronto head coach had everyone talking and reacting about the horrible officiating in the league. For the players that know him, though, it’s just another day at the office for Rajaković.

For instance, Phoenix Suns All-Stars Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, both of whom he coached as an assistant, loved his intensity. In addition to that, Phoenix head coach Frank Vogel lauded Rajaković for standing up for his team.

Kevin Durant: “Darko coached me for a few years in OKC and he’s been that intense since then. And he was like, a rookie coach. He was still that intense and I appreciate that from our coaches.”

Devin Booker: “I didn’t watch, but I know the players from Toronto respected that. You want a coach that cares that much. You know, he’s definitely emotional about winning or losing and standing up for his team.”

Rajaković brought up a divisive topic, but he deserved mad props for having his players’ back. The Raptors head coach was fined $25,000 for his negative comments about the officiating. However, that’s probably something that the Toronto organization is proud of. On top of that, Rajaković should consider the fine a badge of honor.

The Raptors went winless in Los Angeles as they fell to the Los Angeles Clippers, 126-120, the night after the Lakers’ loss. To Rajaković’s credit, however, he did not add fuel to the fire. Instead, he calmly stated that the January 9 loss was all water under the bridge.

That said, he won’t hesitate to do it again if it means standing up for his players.
