Miami Heat rookie Jaime Jaquez is expected to play Saturday afternoon against the New York Knicks.
Jaquez missed the last five games because of a groin injury.
The Heat and Knicks meet for the second of three matchups this regular season. Earlier this season, the Knicks recorded a two-point 100-98 win in New York.
The Heat are 65-70 all-time versus the Knicks during the regular season, including 36-30 in home games and 29-40 in road games.
Heat forward Jimmy Butler on the offensive struggles: “I think the way the offense was running the first three quarters was good but still not where we need it to be.
We just got to be better in some of the different aspects of the game. Our offense has been horrendous the past couple of games.
Defense ain’t been too much better, either. We’re in that cycle again where we’re not making shots, where the offense isn’t going the way we want it to go.”
