Breaking news Unveiling Michigan’s WR Roman Wilson Set to Dominate NFL…

  1. The Las Vegas Raiders have made it known that they will be aiming to get back to the aggressive, downfield play they have been known for next season. In order to do that, you need deep threats. While the Raiders have those with Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers, they need some they can go to when opposing defenses focus their attention on the two stars. Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker showed in his rookie season that he is capable of being one of those options, but it wouldn’t hurt to have another to give him a battle in training camp.

Former Michigan wide receiver Roman Wilson was one of the best deep threats in this year’s draft class. Wilson finished the 2023 season with 12 deep catches, tying him for 24th in the nation, per Pro Football Focus. Ultimately, Wilson tallied 789 yards and 12 touchdowns on 48 receptions while starting in all 15 of the Wolverines’ games this past season. As the team’s leading receiver, Wilson played a huge role in Michigan’s run to the national title and their undefeated season. He was also named to the All-Big Ten Second Team by league coaches and the media.

The season prior, Wilson recorded just 376 receiving yards and four receiving touchdowns. He added 39 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns as well. Wilson would help lead the Wolverines to the College Football Playoff, where they fell to TCU. Wilson finished his career at Michigan as a member of three straight Big Ten title teams, three CFP teams, and one National Championship team in four seasons as a Wolverine (46 games).

From February 27 to March 4, 2024, the NFL Scouting Combine will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind. The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick.
