Scandal Hits Cowboys: Analyst Drops Truth Bomb on Star Player’s…
The Dallas Cowboys couldn’t get the job done when the lights were the brightest.
One could point the finger at Dak Prescott, Mike McCarthy, or even Dan Quinn.
But the fact of the matter is that it was a collective issue, a team-wide meltdown.
That’s why several people are taking offense at the fact that star LB Micah Parsons has talked about what the team should’ve done to add more talent.
The Penn State product has gotten plenty of criticism for the latest edition of his podcast, mostly because of the fact that he also had a subpar performance in the Wild Card loss.
With that in mind, former NFL player Mark Schlereth claims Parsons has a maturity issue:
“This is a maturity issue and Micah Parsons needs to understand this. Don’t point the finger, pull the thumb,” he said.
Talking on The Carton Show, he explained that as much as he might be right, all players need to be held accountable, especially when they fail.
Teams always have some dirty laundry, but they need to keep it in-house.

Parsons is the best defensive player on the team by a big margin, and he has the potential to be a Defensive Player of the Year winner.
Then again, he’s also done a lot of talking over the past couple of years, and he has failed to live up to that talk in any big game in his professional career thus far.
Notably, that might rub his teammates the wrong way, and it’ll be a situation to keep an eye on throughout the course of the offseason and the upcoming campaign as well.
