News: Celtic Star Player Heartfelt Plea A Powerful Call to…
Nicolas Kuhn has begged the Celtic support to put their grievances aside and back the team as they enter the business end of the Premiership season.
A section of the fanbase held aloft an anti-Hoops board banner during their side’s clash with Aberdeen at Pittodrie which would eventually finish 1-1 and end with more dropped points. The banner read: “Celtic board – on your head be it” and was a reference to the lack of transfer activity done with just Kuhn brought in and Adam Idah arriving on loan from Norwich.
Celts are still top of the division but rivals Rangers have a game in hand which, if won, takes them level, or even top depending on goal difference.
But defiant Kuhn, asked if his side can still win the league, said: “Of course, the quality of the team is very good. We will also give our best every week.
“Yes, there is a long way to go and a lot of games to play. Of course we need to be positive. We need the fans and we also need to stay together, so we can improve and get better and better in every game.”
