Arkansas Most Recent Commitment Curius Curne Makes A Derogatory Statement Of The Hogs Handling…

Monday morning while preparing notes for HawgSports Live, I wrote that Arkansas’ class had dipped back down to 30th nationally and the Razorbacks are due for another commitment in the near future.

Twenty-four hours later, both of the Hogs’ four-star commitments are off the board and Arkansas now sits at 54th in the nation.

The Hogs’ most recent commitment was Carius Curne on February 7 and that only lasted six weeks as he came off the list on Monday afternoon, which now makes running back Markeylin Batton (Feb. 3) the last to jump on board the Hogs’ 2025 class.

While March has never been a big commitment month under Sam Pittman’s watch, the Razorbacks have strung together a fairly solid list of spring visitors since January and more are on the way as early as today.

Probably not as much starpower as we saw a year ago at this time, but a solid spring visit list nonetheless when you consider the circumstances coming off a disappointing season.

Now, it’s back to the drawing board as Curne and Jamarion Parker’s de-commitments leave only Batton, quarterback Grayson Wilson, and kicker Evan Noel as the Hogs’ only pledges
