Simon Jordan has confessed that he does not believe George Downing is especially interested in becoming Everton’s new owner. Blues supporter Downing and fellow businessman Andy Bell are apparently the current frontrunners and the supporters’ favored candidate to succeed Farhad Moshiri as the Toffees’ owners.
