Jason Beghe of Chicago Police Department files for divorce following a 17-year marriage
Actor Jason Beghe of Chicago P.D. is divorcing actress Angie Janu after 17 years of marriage. The 57-year-old actor, who portrays Hank Voight in the show, filed for divorce on Thursday. He is requesting shared custody of the two sons, Bo, 11, and Bix, 14, both legally and physically. Angeline Dawn Beghe, the spouse of Beghe, has not provided any comments. According to Beghe’s filing,
discovered by E! News, he and his spouse were married in February 2000 and divorced on May of 2016, which was more than a year ago. He points to the split’s irreconcilable differences as the cause. Beghe requests to keep an inherited Oklahoma, and he also proposes to pay his wife spousal support in his filing.
Beghe requests to maintain an inherited property in Oklahoma, inherited mineral rights from properties in Texas and Oklahoma, and earnings from the sale of another property in Washington, D.C. In his filing, he also promises to give his wife spousal support.
Along with other shared assets and debts, he also requests that the court decide who owns the family’s Malibu property. Additionally, the actor wants to split the cost of legal services with his spouse.
